ADA and TITLE VI
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination and
and local government services, public accommodations, commercial facilities,
First Capital Trolley offers its programs and services without regard to race,
color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful
discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint directly with
First Capital Trolley.

Any person who believes that he or she, individually, as a member of any
specific class, has been subject to discrimination prohibited by Title VI of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, may file a complaint with the Title VI
Coordinator with the Office of Civil Rights. Title VI complaints must be filed
using the ODOT's Title VI Complaint Form and submitted electronically to
mailed to Oklahoma Department of Transportation Civil Rights Division
Attn: Division Director, 200 N.E. 21st Street, room 1-C5, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
A complaint may be also be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration
by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil rights, Attention: Title VI Program
Coordinator, East Building, 5th floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey, S.E. Washington D.C.
